Hebei Gangpu Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. designs and manufactures dust collection, VOCs treatment, flue gas cleaning, energy saving retrofit and bulk conveying equipment, and exports to Russia · Southeast Asia · Middle East.

Built around real plant conditions
We started in Botou, Hebei, a manufacturing base for dust collection equipment, and grew from single machine supply into complete system delivery. Today the factory covers 30,000 m² with plate rolling, welding, machining, assembly and test run done in-house.
Every project begins with the working condition: dust source list, gas volume, temperature, pollutant composition, available space and the emission standard in force. Sizing follows from those numbers, not from a catalogue page. That is why collector, fan, discharge valve, conveyor and stack are designed as one system with balanced pressure and consistent spare parts.
Export shipments are handled by our own team: packing method, container loading plan, shipping marks, packing list and technical documents are prepared before departure, and installation guidance continues after arrival on site.

FAQ
Questions buyers ask before ordering
What information do you need to quote a dust collection system?
Air volume or dust source list, dust type and particle size, gas temperature and moisture, inlet dust concentration, required outlet concentration, available installation space and local power supply. With these we can size the filter area, cloth velocity and fan.
Can equipment be customised for our site?
Yes. Dimensions and flange connections, material and anti-corrosion treatment, filter media, voltage and frequency, control system, insulation and explosion-proof requirements are all configurable. Drawings are confirmed with you before production.
What is the typical lead time?
Standard accessory items ship within 15 to 25 days. Complete dust collection, VOCs or flue gas systems normally take 45 to 90 days depending on capacity and configuration. The schedule is confirmed in the contract.
Do you support installation and commissioning abroad?
We provide installation drawings, assembly sequence, video guidance and remote commissioning support. On-site engineer dispatch can be arranged for complete system projects.
How is equipment packed for export?
Steel frame or plywood case packing with anti-rust wrapping, container loading plan provided in advance, and shipping marks, packing list and documents prepared for customs clearance.
